The High Country West Board of Directors, made up of five Directors, acts on behalf of and as the representative of the Association. The Board conducts, manages, and controls the affairs and business of the Association.
The Board functions to make rules and regulations, maintain and repair all common areas, oversee the fiscal and legal responsibilities, and enforce the provisions of all “rules” of the Association.
